Therapy services include;

  • Clinical Assessments or Psychiatric Evaluation

We offer proper diagnosis and treatment planning in coordination with primary care physicians to enable our therapists to make the best match to the most beneficial treatment plan. The diagnosis and treatment plans will also aid in providing strategies to improve school or work performance and quality of life.

  • Individual Therapy

As part of ongoing treatment, our therapists offer individual therapy to help our consumers understand how their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors will affect themselves and others. We  offer Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adults.  TF-CBT  is one of the most effective interventions for adults and children who have significant psychological symptoms related to trauma exposures. It helps children and families recover from the negative effects of traumatic experiences, including PTSD symptoms, depression, and related difficulties.

  • Family Therapy

We offer family therapy because it exerts change on the entire family. Improvements are lasting because each family member learns interventions for change and continues to exert change on other family members.

  • Group Therapy

In group therapy three to ten people meet face to face with a trained group facilitator. Group members interact freely among each other. The psychological safety of the group will allow group members to feel more comfortable and willing to express their feelings.
