Fees & Payments

Service Fees; 

Licensed Psychologist PhD. Level

Initial Visit with Psychologist: $210 per visit.
Follow up Psychotherapy visit with Psychologist(individual or family): $125 – $150 per visit

Our Psychological testing services are $150 per hour.
A battery of tests: $1200+

Masters Level Outpatient Therapists

Initial Visit with Counselor (Masters’ level): $160 per visit.
Follow up Psychotherapy visit (individual or family): between $100 – $130 per visit

Cost of copying records – $15 minimum charge for admin fee; Additional per page fees apply. 

Because time is valuable, missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged as follows.

Psychologist: $50 per visit
Masters level clinician: $30 per visit

Accepted Payment Methods: ACH Bank transfer, American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa, Wire. For clients wishing to pay for services with cash or check, please bring payment to your appointments. Return check fee is $30.00

Accepted Insurance Plans: Aetna, Alliance, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Health Choice, HealthNet,  MHN,  MedCost,  Medicaid,  Medicare,  Multiplan, TRICARE, Out of Network.

Our services are likely covered in full or in part by your private health insurance plan. However, insurers typically reimburse for mental health care quite differently than they do for general medical care. Uncovered services must be paid directly by the client. It is very helpful to you to know what your plan covers before you come to your appointment.

Some specific questions you may want to ask:

  • Are mental health services covered under my plan?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many visits does my plan cover for the year?
  • Do I have in-network and out of network coverage?

For out of network services you make payments to us and we will give you a statement which you can use to file a claim for reimbursement.

For in-network services you authorize us to file the claim for reimbursement.

Federal and State Funded Programs
Medicaid and HealthChoice:
If you have Medicaid and you are an adult, you will need your Medicaid card, one form of identification to receive services. If you have Medicaid and you are a parent or guardian bringing a child, make sure you have a referral for services, the Medicaid card, identification, and supporting documentation to show legal guardianship if you are not the parent. As contractors of the Medicaid program we agree to consider reimbursement as payment in full. There is no copay for covered services. HealthChoice clients have a $5.00 copay.

Medicare Part B:
Our services are covered by your part B benefits. As contractors of the Medicare Part B program we agree to consider reimbursement as payment in full. Co-payment may apply depending on your benefit plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided notification at least 48 hours in advance, you will be expected to pay the no show fee since that time was reserved for you and was not available to other clients. This fee may not be covered by your insurance plan.
